Biography
Warren has been at the sharp end of specialist talent delivery for more than a decade, establishing Morson Edge’s presence in Canada in 2011 and the USA in 2012. Today, he oversees operations across Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary, Kincardine and New York, leading teams that connect organisations with the specialist skills they need to solve complex productivity challenges.
Warren’s sector knowledge spans some of the industry’s significant programmes, from the BAE 146 through to the A220, giving him a deep understanding of the technical expertise, workforce planning and talent strategies required to support highly regulated, engineering-led environments.
As Vice President, Warren is responsible for shaping and delivering Morson Edge’s talent strategy across Canada. He works closely with clients, industry partners and internal leadership teams to ensure talent acquisition objectives support wider business goals. His focus is on building high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships and creating talent solutions that deliver long-term value across sectors including aerospace, energy, infrastructure, technology and government.
Known for his collaborative approach and industry expertise, Warren is focused on helping clients at Morson Edge Canada solve productivity challenges through the right talent, delivered at the right time.
