Gary brings extensive leadership, operational and strategic account management experience to Morson Edge, with more than 15 years spent supporting the rail industry. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering results that consistently meet and exceed expectations across time, cost and quality measures.
With a strong understanding of workforce challenges across the rail sector, Gary combines commercial insight with a hands-on, people-focused approach. He is passionate about creating high-performing teams and fostering a positive culture that enables colleagues, candidates and clients to achieve their goals.
As Managing Director, Gary works closely with clients to build trusted partnerships, ensuring workforce solutions are aligned to project demands and long-term business objectives. His focus is always on delivering exceptional service and lasting value.
Beyond his role at Morson Edge, Gary is a trustee of the Women in Rail Governing Board, having been appointed in 2022. A long-standing advocate for the organisation, he has helped strengthen Morson Edge’s support for Women in Rail through flagship events and initiatives that promote inclusion, engagement and opportunities across the industry.
