Starting his career in the family business, Ged has led Morson’s growth through periods of significant change, expansion and transformation. Under his leadership, the business has evolved far beyond traditional recruitment, creating a connected ecosystem of specialist talent, consultancy, deployment and skills solutions that help organisations access the expertise they need to deliver critical programmes and projects.
Known for combining entrepreneurial thinking with a practical, people-first approach, Ged has consistently challenged conventional ways of working.
