Sam Menelaou leads the growth of Morson Edge’s Managed Service Programme offering, shaping how organisations access and manage external talent across Technology, Change, Corporate Functions and Engineering.

His focus is on turning visibility into action. From strengthening programme performance to expanding scope into consultancy and SOW, Sam works with clients to build workforce strategies that reflect the full complexity of modern talent supply.

With a strong track record in MSP and external workforce solutions, he brings a practical, delivery-focused approach to programme design and optimisation. Sam partners closely with procurement, HR and talent leaders to cut through fragmented supply models, improve control and unlock better outcomes from external talent.
