Hybrid Outsourcing

For longer term projects, we recruit, employ and HR manage the people on our headcount, but your managers retain control and manage the day-to-day tasking activity. This means you can focus on what you do, rather than HR management. To do this, we can have a dedicated HR presence at your locations which will include a Contract Delivery Manager, HR Advisor, and Contract Support Officers. In times of scarce skills we help you to build and develop a new capability.

Employed Consultant Model

We employ consultants with niche expertise in complex environments such as nuclear, aerospace & defence, digital and financial systems who work as part of your delivery team. You benefit from their insight and our governance, while avoiding contractor risk.

 

Managed Contingent Teams

End-to-end delivery teams of engineers, logisticians, project staff built and employed by us, embedded with you. We handle HR, compliance and development; you get a focused team accountable for results.
