Ingram Micro required a scalable recruitment partner capable of supporting warehouse operations across four key UK locations. With fluctuating demand and high-volume hiring requirements, the business needed a recruitment solution that could rapidly source technicians, team leaders and warehouse operatives while maintaining full compliance and operational continuity.

Our solution

Morson MSP partnered closely with Ingram Micro’s HR team to deliver a fully managed, IR35-compliant PAYE temporary recruitment solution. Supported by a dedicated team of 12 onsite recruitment professionals, we provide a responsive service capable of receiving and fulfilling hiring requests within 24 hours.

Today, we supply more than 1,000 temporary workers every day, ensuring each site has the workforce required to meet operational demands while maintaining consistent service levels.

Our recruitment strategy

Compliance and workforce management

Compliance is embedded throughout the recruitment process. Within the first six weeks of employment, all temporary workers complete Basic DBS and financial checks through our Vencuro Comply platform.

The system provides Ingram Micro with a fully timestamped audit trail, ensuring complete visibility while allowing our team to quickly identify and replace workers who do not meet compliance requirements.

Alongside recruitment, we also manage sickness and absence, helping maintain workforce availability and minimise disruption. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this included delivering a rapid outbreak response at the Norwich facility to ensure operational resilience.
