Our Canadian recruitment team partners with one of Canada’s largest privately owned power generators, operating a multi-reactor nuclear facility that supplies a significant proportion of provincial electricity. The organisation plays a critical role in national energy security and long-term infrastructure investment.
We support multiple master service agreements covering operational training and planned outage activity, alongside several tier-one supply-chain partners. Our delivery spans a wide range of specialist recruitment requirements across engineering, project delivery and technical functions.
Prior to our appointment, the client engaged multiple recruitment providers, resulting in fragmented delivery, duplicated candidate submissions and limited visibility across hiring activity.
