How Morson delivered

  1. An embedded, on-site Account Manager.
    From day one, we placed a dedicated Account Manager inside TKMS’s Dorset headquarters – fully integrated with HR, hiring managers and the executive team. Acting as both internal partner and external expert, they became the bridge between TKMS’s operational needs and Morson Edge’s delivery network.
  2. Streamlined systems and automation.
    We implemented a bespoke Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that manages the full recruitment journey – from approval to interview, offer and onboarding. TKMS simply approves a new role, and Morson Edge manages the rest.
  3. Technology-enabled attraction.
    Using the Morson Digital Studio, we built TKMS’s talent brand from the ground up. Through bespoke microsites, targeted campaigns and an enhanced employer value proposition, TKMS was repositioned as an employer of choice in UK defence.
  4. Strategic supply-chain management.
    Morson Edge now acts as TKMS’s single point of contact for second-tier suppliers. We issue briefs, consolidate shortlists and ensure compliance across the supply chain – maintaining control without limiting flexibility.
  5. Adaptability through disruption.
    During the pandemic, our systems and digital processes kept recruitment moving. Remote interviews, virtual onboarding and secure digital documentation ensured continuity when TKMS’s operations couldn’t pause.
