After moving to Australia in 2008, Rob progressed through a variety of recruitment and leadership roles before helping establish Morson Edge as a recognised technical recruitment partner in the Australian market.
As Managing Director, Rob is responsible for the overall performance and direction of the business. His focus spans customer success, governance, culture and professional development, ensuring both clients and colleagues have the support they need to succeed. He is particularly passionate about using technology and process efficiency to enhance service delivery, enabling teams to work smarter and deliver consistently strong outcomes.
