As CEO of Morson Edge, Adrian leads the strategic direction of the business, overseeing its growth, operational performance and long-term vision. He is responsible for ensuring Morson Edge continues to help clients solve productivity challenges by connecting them with the specialist talent they need to succeed.
With more than 25 years’ experience in recruitment and workforce solutions, including over 15 years in senior leadership roles, Adrian has built a reputation for driving growth, leading transformation programmes and developing high-performing teams across multiple sectors and geographies.
In 2025, Adrian led the transformation of 19 individual businesses and brands into four specialist, interconnected business units, establishing Morson Edge as the talent supply arm of the Morson business. This new structure has strengthened collaboration, simplified the client experience and created a sharper focus on delivering specialist talent across technology, energy, infrastructure and defence.
