Avec 30% des entreprises (50% dans le secteur des technologies de l'information) citant les p\u00e9nuries de comp\u00e9tences comme leur plus grand d\u00e9fi, la concurrence pour les candidats est f\u00e9roce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais trouver une personne poss\u00e9dant les bonnes comp\u00e9tences ne signifie pas n\u00e9cessairement que vous avez trouv\u00e9 le bon candidat. 20% des entreprises ont identifi\u00e9 l'attrition et la baisse de productivit\u00e9 comme des risques majeurs pour 2024, ce qui indique qu'il n'est pas seulement difficile de trouver les bonnes comp\u00e9tences, mais aussi de trouver la bonne personne.
