Quelles sont donc les questions auxquelles nous devrons probablement faire face l'ann\u00e9e prochaine et comment devons-nous nous pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 les aborder ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f855151dc9771ace7d4b8c4d1338992e\" id=\"the-story-is-in-the-data\"><strong>G\u00e9rer l'\u00e9quilibre num\u00e9rique-humain<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4ed995c63d8ab98bcdd3a5f2e047cfc5\">L'une des questions que l'on me pose plus souvent qu'on ne le pense est de savoir comment nous maintenons notre humanit\u00e9 dans un monde de plus en plus num\u00e9rique. Alors que l'IA et l'automatisation remod\u00e8lent notre industrie, j'ai appris qu'un leadership r\u00e9ussi ne consiste pas \u00e0 choisir entre la technologie et la connexion humaine ; il s'agit d'harmoniser les deux. Et, \u00e0 l'aube de la nouvelle ann\u00e9e, elles continueront \u00e0 se hisser sur la liste des priorit\u00e9s, non seulement parce que les gouvernements et les r\u00e9gulateurs pr\u00e9voient de renforcer les exigences en mati\u00e8re de divulgation, mais aussi parce que les parties prenantes y attachent de l'importance (les employ\u00e9s et les clients, ainsi que les investisseurs). Il s'agit d'\u00eatre suffisamment confiant pour d\u00e9finir une direction, mais suffisamment humble pour s'adapter lorsque les circonstances changent.
