When Leonardo reshaped functions across its Yeovil helicopter business, material services, procurement, and operations all needed to keep moving without missing a beat. The ask: provide a full workforce solution that absorbs change, protects quality and lets managers focus on building aircraft, not battling admin.
At the sharp end of delivery, Morson Edge built and now runs an on-site, end-to-end managed workforce for material services, supply chain and material delivery teams.
We employ the people, handle HR, payroll and compliance, and manage the contract day to day. Our team brought significant TUPE experience to migrate staff smoothly between functions, stand up new structures at short notice and maintain continuity on the line.
